Leasing of Ateljén in Bålsta and Briggen in Norrtälje has started

This summer we were finally able to open the letting of our homes in Ateljén in Bålsta and Briggen in Norrtälje. After a couple of well-attended viewings we have met many interested visitors, and a number of homes are already let, with move-in later this year. But there are still several lovely homes available in both projects.

In Ateljén in Bålsta we offer 36 modern two-storey terraced houses of 113 m² with a private garden, just under 40 minutes by train from Stockholm. In Briggen in Norrtälje we are building 40 semi-detached houses of 108 m² in a beautiful archipelago setting on Björnö.

On the project pages for Ateljén and Briggen you will find a selection of our available homes. We have a show home on site in Ateljén, and for Briggen we are for now directing visitors to our show home in Bersån in Vallentuna, which is identical inside. Further viewings will be held during the autumn, and the easiest way to register is via book a viewing in Ateljén and book a viewing in Briggen.
