Bright, functional, warm and natural
At Bersån, bright interiors and functional spaces are combined with a warm, natural feel throughout each home. Materials have been carefully selected with an emphasis on quality and durability, while a cohesive, muted palette creates a calm and harmonious atmosphere.
Kitchen
The kitchen has a stylish and functional design, with smooth white cabinet fronts from Vedum and a worktop in a warm, light shade that gives the room a soft and inviting feel.
Integrated appliances from Bosch include an induction hob, built-in oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher and full-size fridge and freezer. Together, they create a modern kitchen where design meets functionality.
Matt-lacquered oak parquet flooring from Kährs continues throughout the home’s social spaces.
Living room and dining area
The living room has a bright, open character, with white-painted walls and large windows overlooking the garden. A glazed patio door creates a natural connection between indoors and outdoors.
The dining area is centrally positioned between the kitchen and living room, making it a natural gathering place within the home.
Oak parquet flooring from Kährs and the consistent material palette create a warm and cohesive feel throughout the floor.
Bedrooms
The bedrooms are located on the upper floor and feature matt-lacquered oak parquet flooring and light finishes.
Wardrobes from Vedum provide ample storage and make everyday life more practical. The rooms are flexible and can be adapted to suit different needs – as bedrooms, a home office or a guest room.
Bathrooms
Each home has two bathrooms with a modern, stylish design and a consistent palette of light, harmonious materials.
On the entrance floor, there is a fully tiled bathroom with white wall tiles and grey floor tiles. It features a shower with glass screens, a white vanity unit with practical storage and an electric heated towel rail. An adjoining utility area includes a Bosch washing machine and tumble dryer, a worktop and storage from Vedum, as well as a Nibe heat pump.
The upper floor has a second bathroom in the same modern style, with white wall tiles, grey floor tiles and a shower with glass screens.
Garden and outdoor spaces
Every home has its own garden, providing a private, green outdoor space directly connected to the house. The patio and surrounding greenery come together in a natural transition that makes it easy to enjoy both indoor and outdoor living.
The spacious terrace has room for both a dining set and a lounge area, becoming a natural extension of the living room during the warmer months.
The front of each home has been thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming entrance, with a clear boundary towards the street and parking directly outside the house. Greenery frames the neighbourhood and contributes to its peaceful, intimate character.

FAQ
How do I rent a house? Can I book a viewing?
Projects with ongoing rentals: Apply or fill in your contact details under “Select house” on the project page. Alternatively, email uthyrning@lynea.se. We offer non-binding viewings on an ongoing basis.
Upcoming projects: Fill in the expression of interest form at the bottom of each page. You will soon receive more information about preview showings – and the chance to secure a house before the official rental launch.
Do you have a housing queue, and can I request a specific house?
We do not have our own housing queue; instead, it is generally first come, first served. Some of our houses are allocated through regional housing queues. We recommend that you register your interest directly with Lynea to receive viewing invitations and information about available houses more quickly.
Looking for a specific type of house or a particular location within one of our residential areas but can’t find it? Get in touch at uthyrning@lynea.se and we’ll be happy to help.
What are your rental requirements?
All applications are processed individually and assessed based on an overall, holistic evaluation.
A completed credit check is supplemented with additional documentation, such as an employment contract, salary statements, information about guarantors, or other relevant certificates that verify the applicant’s ability to pay.
How much does it cost to live here?
Rents are published on each project page as soon as they are finalized. Contact uthyrning@lynea.se for our assessment of rental levels and an estimate of additional operating costs. Tenants sign their own electricity agreements and pay for actual water consumption. One or two parking spaces, as well as additional storage adjacent to the house, are typically included in the rent.
When can I move in?
Rental typically begins a couple of months before the move-in date stated on the project page. Submit an expression of interest to receive ongoing updates and an invitation to preview viewings.
Can I bring my pet?
Absolutely! Pets are welcome in all our townhouses – we know they’re part of the family.
Primary tenancy agreement? Security of tenure? Notice period?
We always offer primary (first-hand) tenancy agreements with standard security of tenure and a three-month notice period for tenants.
Is it possible to have an EV charger installed?
We can usually arrange the installation of an EV charger regardless of which house you choose. Where possible, it can be installed directly on the façade by the driveway parking space. Contact us for more information.
