At Bersån, bright interiors, functional spaces, and a warm, natural feel come together throughout the home. Materials have been carefully selected with a focus on quality and durability, where a cohesive and muted palette creates a calm and harmonious atmosphere.

Kitchen
The kitchen is designed with a clean and functional aesthetic, featuring smooth white cabinetry from Vedum and a countertop in a warm, light tone that gives the space a soft expression.
Integrated appliances from Bosch include an induction hob, built-in oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and full-size fridge and freezer. Together, they create a modern kitchen where design and functionality meet.
The flooring consists of matte lacquered oak from Kährs, which continues throughout the home’s social areas.

Living room & dining area
The living room has a bright and open character, with white-painted walls and large windows facing the garden. A glazed patio door creates a clear connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The dining area is centrally positioned between the kitchen and living room, forming a natural gathering point in the home.
Oak flooring from Kährs and the consistent material palette create a warm and cohesive feel throughout the entire floor.


Bedrooms
The bedrooms are located on the upper floor, all featuring matte lacquered oak flooring and light finishes.
Wardrobes from Vedum provide generous storage and contribute to a functional everyday life. The rooms are flexible and can be adapted to suit different needs – as bedrooms, home offices, or guest rooms.


Bathrooms
The house includes two bathrooms with a modern and clean design, featuring light and harmonious material choices throughout.
On the entrance level, there is a fully tiled bathroom with white wall tiles and grey floor tiles. It includes a shower with glass enclosure, a white vanity unit with smart storage, and an electric heated towel rail. Adjacent is a practical laundry area with a washing machine and dryer from Bosch, a worktop, storage from Vedum, and a heat pump from Nibe.

Garden & outdoor environment
Each home has its own private garden, creating a green and secluded outdoor space directly connected to the home. The transition between patio and garden is both defined and soft, making it easy to enjoy indoor and outdoor living.
The generous terrace provides space for both a dining set and a lounge area, becoming a natural extension of the living room during the warmer months.

How do I rent a house? Can I book a viewing?

Upcoming projects: Fill in the expression of interest form at the bottom of each page. You will soon receive more information about preview showings – and the chance to secure a house before the official rental launch.
Do you have a housing queue, and can I request a specific house?
We do not have our own housing queue; instead, it is generally first come, first served. Some of our houses are allocated through regional housing queues. We recommend that you register your interest directly with Lynea to receive viewing invitations and information about available houses more quickly.

What are your rental requirements?
All applications are processed individually and assessed based on an overall, holistic evaluation.
A completed credit check is supplemented with additional documentation, such as an employment contract, salary statements, information about guarantors, or other relevant certificates that verify the applicant’s ability to pay.
How much does it cost to live here?
Rents are published on each project page as soon as they are finalized. Contact uthyrning@lynea.se for our assessment of rental levels and an estimate of additional operating costs. Tenants sign their own electricity agreements and pay for actual water consumption. One or two parking spaces, as well as additional storage adjacent to the house, are typically included in the rent.
When can I move in?
Rental typically begins a couple of months before the move-in date stated on the project page. Submit an expression of interest to receive ongoing updates and an invitation to preview viewings.
Can I bring my pet?
Absolutely! Pets are welcome in all our townhouses – we know they’re part of the family.
Primary tenancy agreement? Security of tenure? Notice period?
We always offer primary (first-hand) tenancy agreements with standard security of tenure and a three-month notice period for tenants.
Is it possible to have an EV charger installed?
We can usually arrange the installation of an EV charger regardless of which house you choose. Where possible, it can be installed directly on the façade by the driveway parking space. Contact us for more information.
