Rental of townhouses in Tornvändan and Bro Mälarstrand has started

The rental process is now underway for our townhouses in Tornvändan in Steninge Slottsby, as well as in Skvalpet & Brisen in Bro Mälarstrand. Interest has been strong, and over the past month we have held several well-attended viewings. A number of homes have already been rented out, but there are still townhouses available to apply for.

On each project page at Lynea.se, you can explore current availability and find the home that suits you best. Once you have found a townhouse you are interested in, you will be guided to HomeQ, where you can submit your application. After applying, you will be invited to an on-site viewing.

The homes will also be allocated via the municipal housing agency (Bostadsförmedlingen).
