Lynea’s first project awarded Nordic Swan Ecolabel

We are delighted to share that all homes in Tornvändan in Steninge Slottsby have now passed their final inspections and been awarded the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, one of the Nordic region’s most well-known environmental certifications.

The Nordic Swan Ecolabel is an independent verification that the project meets high standards for, among other things, energy use, choice of materials and indoor environment. For Lynea, the certification is an important milestone, as Tornvändan is our first project to receive environmental certification. All of Lynea’s projects are built to be certified upon completion.

In Tornvändan we have created 45 modern rental townhouses with private gardens in Steninge Slottsby. The fact that the project has now been awarded the Nordic Swan Ecolabel is an important step in our work to create sustainable homes where people can feel at home and live for a long time.
