Lynea’s first project Tornvändan is fully let

During September, we let the last remaining house in Tornvändan in Steninge Slottsby. This means that all 45 houses in Lynea’s first project are now let.

Demand has been strong and steady since letting started in March. It confirms that there is great interest in modern rental townhouses with a private garden, in a safe and green setting close to both nature and local amenities.

By the turn of the year, all families will have moved in, and we look forward to seeing Tornvändan come to life. Steninge Slottsby is a new area developing at a rapid pace, including a new primary school that opened in August this year, just a short walk from Tornvändan.

Now that there are no houses left to rent, we are opening a waiting list for Tornvändan. To join it, the easiest way is to register your interest or contact uthyrning@lynea.se. If a house becomes available, we will get in touch with those on the list.
