A Closer Look at the Townhouses
- Two-storey townhouses designed to be certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel
- Carefully designed and spacious layouts with four separate rooms on the upper floor
- Elegant kitchens from HTH, appliances from Electrolux and oak parquet flooring from Kährs
- Private garden and terrace, with parking directly outside the entrance
At Flygaren, modern interior design meets a more rustic and traditional exterior expression. The homes are bright, well-planned and spread over two levels, created with functionality and comfort in mind. Material choices are sustainable and timeless, with a clear focus on quality and long-term living.
Kitchen
The kitchen is the heart of the home – modern, functional and thoughtfully planned. Smooth beige cabinet fronts from HTH, paired with a raised laminate worktop with a mineral-inspired finish, create a subtle sheen and a clean, refined expression.
Appliances from Electrolux are of a high standard and include an induction hob, built-in oven, integrated dishwasher, tall fridge and freezer, as well as a microwave. An undermounted sink and chrome mixer tap add a solid, timeless finish.

Dining Area and Living Room
The dining area is centrally positioned between the kitchen and living room, forming a natural gathering place for both everyday meals and relaxed evenings with friends and family.
The living room is generous and filled with natural light from large windows facing the garden. The space is easy to furnish and opens directly onto the private terrace. During the warmer months of the year, the boundary between indoors and outdoors gently disappears.

Bedrooms
The upper floor houses four bedrooms. All rooms feature oak parquet flooring from Kährs, light-coloured painted walls and practical wardrobes from HTH. With varying room sizes, each space can easily be adapted to suit different needs – whether as bedroom, guest room, home office or hobby room.

Bathrooms
On the entrance level, there is a modern bathroom with grey floor tiles, matching wall tiles and a shower with glass enclosure. A vanity unit and mirror from Hafa contribute to a clean and understated look. It is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer from Electrolux, along with a worktop and storage solutions from HTH.
The upper floor also includes a second bathroom, similar in style.

Garden and Outdoor Areas
Each home has its own private garden, framed by hedges with natural land beyond, creating a calm and green setting. The spacious terrace offers room for both a dining set and lounge furniture.
The front of each home is carefully designed to create a welcoming entrance, also bordered by hedges and with parking located directly outside the door.

Nature & Leisure

Riksten Friluftsstad
Development of Riksten Friluftsstad began in 2006, and today it is an established and carefully planned neighbourhood with nature as its closest neighbour and a small-town atmosphere at its heart. Located south of Tullinge in Botkyrka Municipality, on the site of the former Tullinge airfield, the area has evolved into a vibrant place to live for people of all ages.
Here, everyday services and nature-based experiences go hand in hand. Riksten Friluftsstad already offers preschools, a primary and lower secondary school (F–9), a care home, a grocery store and other local amenities. The neighbourhood continues to grow, with new homes added each year.
Nature and outdoor life shape daily living. Walking paths, green corridors and recreational areas are just around the corner – perfect for a morning run, a picnic or a weekend outing. For golf enthusiasts, Riksten Golf Course is close by, while the Lida outdoor recreation area offers year-round activities.
Riksten combines a safe, small-scale residential environment with excellent transport links. Buses connect the area to Tullinge Station, where commuter trains take you to Stockholm or Södertälje in approximately 20 minutes.
FAQ
How do I rent a house? Can I book a viewing?
Projects with ongoing rentals: Apply or fill in your contact details under “Select house” on the project page. Alternatively, email uthyrning@lynea.se. We offer non-binding viewings on an ongoing basis.
Upcoming projects: Fill in the expression of interest form at the bottom of each page. You will soon receive more information about preview showings – and the chance to secure a house before the official rental launch.
Do you have a housing queue, and can I request a specific house?
We do not have our own housing queue; instead, it is generally first come, first served. Some of our houses are allocated through regional housing queues. We recommend that you register your interest directly with Lynea to receive viewing invitations and information about available houses more quickly.
Looking for a specific type of house or a particular location within one of our residential areas but can’t find it? Get in touch at uthyrning@lynea.se and we’ll be happy to help.
What are your rental requirements?
All applications are processed individually and assessed based on an overall, holistic evaluation.
A completed credit check is supplemented with additional documentation, such as an employment contract, salary statements, information about guarantors, or other relevant certificates that verify the applicant’s ability to pay.
How much does it cost to live here?
Rents are published on each project page as soon as they are finalized. Contact uthyrning@lynea.se for our assessment of rental levels and an estimate of additional operating costs. Tenants sign their own electricity agreements and pay for actual water consumption. One or two parking spaces, as well as additional storage adjacent to the house, are typically included in the rent.
When can I move in?
Rental typically begins a couple of months before the move-in date stated on the project page. Submit an expression of interest to receive ongoing updates and an invitation to preview viewings.
Can I bring my pet?
Absolutely! Pets are welcome in all our townhouses – we know they’re part of the family.
Primary tenancy agreement? Security of tenure? Notice period?
We always offer primary (first-hand) tenancy agreements with standard security of tenure and a three-month notice period for tenants.
Is it possible to have an EV charger installed?
We can usually arrange the installation of an EV charger regardless of which house you choose. Where possible, it can be installed directly on the façade by the driveway parking space. Contact us for more information.
