At Malma Kvarter, contemporary architecture and an active lifestyle come together in a harmonious neighbourhood close to Lake Malmsjön. Here, you’ll live in spacious 99 sqm townhouses spread across two floors, designed with a focus on functionality, aesthetics and everyday comfort.
A home where you can live comfortably and sustainably, with nature right on your doorstep.

The Kitchen
The kitchen combines clean Scandinavian design with practical functionality. White cabinetry and glossy white wall tiles create a bright and timeless expression, while chrome handles add a contemporary touch.
The kitchen is supplied by Marbodal and equipped with Bosch appliances. A light grey laminate worktop with a natural stone-inspired finish provides a durable and easy-to-maintain workspace. Generous storage and carefully planned work surfaces make everyday cooking both simple and enjoyable.

Dining Area and Living Room
Positioned between the kitchen and living room, the dining area creates a natural gathering place for cosy family breakfasts as well as long dinners with friends.
The living room is spacious, bright and easy to furnish. Large windows facing the garden enhance the sense of space while maximising natural light throughout the home. A glazed door opens directly onto the terrace and garden, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

Bedrooms
The home’s bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Bright, elegant and thoughtfully proportioned, they are perfectly suited to modern family life.
Each bedroom includes built-in wardrobes from Marbodal, providing ample storage space. The rooms are designed with flexibility in mind and can easily be adapted as bedrooms, guest rooms, home offices or hobby spaces.

Bathrooms
The bathrooms feature a clean and contemporary design, with glossy white wall tiles and light grey floor tiles creating a timeless and airy atmosphere.
The ground-floor bathroom is fitted with a shower, WC and vanity unit. The upper-floor bathroom includes a shower, WC, vanity unit, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Conveniently located next to the bedrooms, the upstairs bathroom makes everyday routines easier and eliminates the need to carry laundry between floors.

Garden and Outdoor Areas
Each townhouse has its own private rear garden, where the lawn blends seamlessly into preserved natural surroundings. A generous terrace runs along the back of the home, creating an inviting outdoor living space.
At the front, carefully designed entrance gardens and hedges between the homes provide both privacy and a welcoming neighbourhood character.

FAQ
How do I rent a house? Can I book a viewing?
Projects with ongoing rentals: Apply or fill in your contact details under “Select house” on the project page. Alternatively, email uthyrning@lynea.se. We offer non-binding viewings on an ongoing basis.
Upcoming projects: Fill in the expression of interest form at the bottom of each page. You will soon receive more information about preview showings – and the chance to secure a house before the official rental launch.
Do you have a housing queue, and can I request a specific house?
We do not have our own housing queue; instead, it is generally first come, first served. Some of our houses are allocated through regional housing queues. We recommend that you register your interest directly with Lynea to receive viewing invitations and information about available houses more quickly.
Looking for a specific type of house or a particular location within one of our residential areas but can’t find it? Get in touch at uthyrning@lynea.se and we’ll be happy to help.
What are your rental requirements?
All applications are processed individually and assessed based on an overall, holistic evaluation.
A completed credit check is supplemented with additional documentation, such as an employment contract, salary statements, information about guarantors, or other relevant certificates that verify the applicant’s ability to pay.
How much does it cost to live here?
Rents are published on each project page as soon as they are finalized. Contact uthyrning@lynea.se for our assessment of rental levels and an estimate of additional operating costs. Tenants sign their own electricity agreements and pay for actual water consumption. One or two parking spaces, as well as additional storage adjacent to the house, are typically included in the rent.
When can I move in?
Rental typically begins a couple of months before the move-in date stated on the project page. Submit an expression of interest to receive ongoing updates and an invitation to preview viewings.
Can I bring my pet?
Absolutely! Pets are welcome in all our townhouses – we know they’re part of the family.
Primary tenancy agreement? Security of tenure? Notice period?
We always offer primary (first-hand) tenancy agreements with standard security of tenure and a three-month notice period for tenants.
Is it possible to have an EV charger installed?
We can usually arrange the installation of an EV charger regardless of which house you choose. Where possible, it can be installed directly on the façade by the driveway parking space. Contact us for more information.
